2016 Rotary International Seoul Convention
The Rotary’s centennial celebration for its 1.2 million Rotary members worldwide will take place in Seoul, Korea in 2016. This global festival called 2016 Rotary International Seoul Convention, will allow you to discover Rotary’s history and tradition a whole new way as it will be held in Korea and expressed by Korea’s unique culture. The Rotary International Convention is held once every year, in a different city. Under the Rotarian motto, ‘Service above Self’, the Rotary International Convention is a venue where Rotarians from all over the world share their own success and accomplishments of service within their own communities as well as in other international locations. They are to encourage each other, enhancing fellowship and friendship, and to share their Rotarian spirit and knowledge through special lectures, performances, and other many exciting programs specially designed for networking and communications.
