Quaker peacebuilder, author and activist David Hartsough briefly introduces himself during a speaking tour of this new book “Waging Peace. Global Adventures of a Lifelong Activist”. Among his many achievements Hartsough is co-founder of the Nonviolent Peaceforce and co-initiator of World Beyond War – A Global Movement to End all Wars. He encourages people worldwide to join the movement at www.worldbeyondwar.org. Hartsough considers Rotarians to be good partners in building a global movement due to their involvement in peace projects and their organizational structure.
